Hi, I’m James, founder of Endure Nutrition

I’m a Leeds-based nutrition therapist/scientist who specialises in performance nutrition, weight loss, infertility, allergies, nutritional support for those with long-term illnesses/conditions and family nutrition.

Whether you are training for a big race, battling a long-standing condition or want help with ideas to better feed your family, I can support those efforts.

One of my key areas of expertise is in sports and endurance nutrition. If you’re an endurance athlete such as an ultramarathon runner or long-distance cyclist, good nutrition will help you improve your performance. Do get in touch if you need help.
