Hello, I’m James Ellis a holistic nutrition and lifestyle coach that helps women continue to live the life they love from when they reach their 30s onwards.
As a registered clinical nutrition therapist and holder of a masters degree in nutritional science, I specialise in a number of areas, primarily perimenopause support, weight loss and allergies and intolerances.
I’ll take a holistic approach to your health and fitness, looking at every aspect of your diet and lifestyle.
